On behalf of Innocente Seraphim, we would like to thank you in advance for following interests and contributions to our convention. The following information will provide you with the details you will need as to how to volunteer for this year's Innocente Seraphim Convention.

Our volunteer opportunities are numerous and can vary. No matter what your interests or experience level, we have volunteer opportunities that you will enjoy. We only have a few simple guidelines to determine eligibility to volunteer:- Be 16 years of age. Anyone under 18 must have parental permission and be accompanied by an adult.
- Be pre-registered to attend Innocente Seraphim
- Complete our online web volunteer form (See "How do I sign-up" below.)
- Be willing to work as a team and with the public.
- Attend public training session and or orientation - they help us to match you better to an experience we hope you will enjoy and increase your resume building experience.

What kinds of volunteer opportunities are available?
We have a variety of exciting volunteer opportunities available and all are categorized into 2 categories, Staff Volunteer (SV) and At Convention Volunteer (AC). At Convention Volunteers (AC) contribute time during the convention for various activities and events. Some examples of AC duties can be from badge checking to running equipment between function spaces or spending some time passing out information to attendees at the Information Booth. Staff Volunteer (SV) generally require more time commitments and responsibilities throughout the year before the start of the convention as well as during the convention. Benefits of Volunteering
Each volunteer opportunities have their unique rewards. When you volunteer at Innocente Seraphim, you'll be working and meeting people who share your interests and passion in the industry of Japanese Street fashion and BJD collections. Some of the Staff Volunteer Perks:- Limited Staff only T-shirt
- Staff Parties (Several times a year, staff are invited to staff only social events)
- Waive Innocente Seraphim Registration Fees
- Discounted hotel rate of $119/night
- Valuable Job/Resume enhancing experience You will learn new skills and perhaps hone your existing talents.
- Reimbursement for registration fees
- Volunteer prizes such as InnoSera swag and other milestone awards for number of hours completed (TBD).

How do I sign-up?
There is a link to the volunteer sign-up form located at the bottom of this page, but before you complete the form please review the following:- Make sure to complete form entirely.
- Make sure you have a valid mailing address for reimbursement purposes.
- If you apply online and your application is accepted, you will get a confirmation e-mail from the Volunteer Coordinator. Due to the level of interests in our convention, please be aware, not everyone will get their first choice of assignment, but we will do our best to find you a position that is fun and utilizes your essential skills and talents.
- There will be a Volunteer Orientation Training prior to the convention which you will be required to attend. There you will be filled in on anything and everything you need to know to help you started.
- All volunteers will need to complete the Volunteer Waiver Form.pdf and bring it to the Volunteer Training Orientation meeting that will announced in an email to you later this year.

Volunteer Registration Reimbursement?
Should you meet volunteer minimum hours requirement, your reimbursement will come in the form of a check in the mail. These will be mailed anywhere from 1-3 months after the convention. So make sure you have a valid address on the volunteer form.-
Minimum Requirements for Reimbursement
- If you preregistered for a full-convention pass, you must complete at least 8 hours of volunteering to qualify for any reimbursement.
- If you pre-regisetered to only attend on one of the days of the convention, you must complete at least 4 hours of volunteering for any reimbursement
